Megan Cocciardi is a skilled and capable property manager who has been in the industry since 2010. Managing predominantly within Pakenahm and Beaconsfield, Megan’s portfolio also includes properties in Garfield, Bunyip and Nar Nar Goon.

Megan says she finds the property industry exciting and the more she learns, the more she loves it.

“I enjoy the lively atmosphere in property management, plus the fact that I constantly deal with people from all walks of life,” she says. “I enjoy all aspects of property management, from careful tenant selection to routine inspections to managing the leasing process.”

Away from work, Megan is a beach-lover who also likes relaxing with friends.
