As the first point of contact for customers at the Grant’s Narre Warren Sales Office, Tegan is both friendly and attentive. “Greeting customers and making sure they feel welcome is an important part of my role and a responsibility I take seriously,” says Tegan, whose conscientious approach is appreciated by customers and colleagues alike.
Known for her confident, capable manner, Tegan ensures customers receive prompt assistance and relevant information. Highly organised, she also provides important administrative support to the Narre Warren team of residential sales specialists. “From putting properties up on the internet to helping new sales staff learn the ropes, I enjoy working to support my sales team co-workers. Being collaborative and working together to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients is what we all strive for at Grant’s.”
Tegan says was attracted to a role in real estate because of the industry’s “fast pace.” “I love the buzz of the property industry. There’s always something happening and every day is different. I enjoy dealing with buyers and vendors and doing whatever I can to help make the property transaction process as smooth as possible.”
When she’s not working, Tegan enjoys shopping, dining out and socialising with friends.
